Low Income Senior Exemption

Applications Due March 1st

The Ulster County Legislature, Kingston and Onteora School Districts raised the income threshold to qualify for the Low Income Senior exemption. It's now $50k in Ulster County, Kingston CSD and $58.8 in Onteora. 
     If you're renewing you probably received an application by mail. Hurley's Assessor, Brittany Santorelli,  is all remote now,  so we have the forms at the Clerk's office, too.  Residents can drop off completed applications anytime. They will be routed to the Assessor's Assistant who has hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4: 30 - 7 pm. The Assessor is available by phone and email, [email protected] and responds to all messages.
